Order processing and shipping

An order confirmation email will be sent to you when you make a purchase. A shipping notification will be sent to you by email to confirm that the items have been shipped and are on their way to your destination. Cellier Depot delivers within Canada only.

While we make every effort to maintain inventory of every product we offer, we may occasionally run out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email of the revised shipping date. You will be offered an alternative and, if applicable, the option to cancel the order if the product is no longer available.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for clearance or special sales.

Delivery times

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of your order date. We partner with the best logistics companies in Canada to deliver your purchases to your doorstep. Standard delivery times vary between 1 and 5 business days depending on the delivery area.

  • Basic delivery charges include delivery of the cellar to the doorstep (In front of the residential home. Certain conditions apply. ) Applicable within a 60km radius of the head office cellierdépot.com. If you select the ''quote for white glove delivery'' option, in the room of choice, one of our representatives will contact you to inform you of the delivery charges.

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return items purchased online for exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving your package. Items must be in good condition and in their original packaging. Unpacked wine coolers, carbon filters, and food cannot be returned.

    If you wish to return an item purchased on Cellierdépot.com, you have 1 option available for most items:
