The free shipping offer for orders over $400 does not apply to wine cellars, wine cellar cooling units, or bottle racks.
Racking Shipping Fees
Please note that shipping fees for rackings are fixed at $60 at all times.
Order Processing and Shipping
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase is completed.
A shipping notification will then be sent by email to confirm that the items have been shipped and are on their way to your destination.
Although we make every effort to maintain inventory for each product we offer, some items may occasionally become temporarily out of stock.
If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the revised shipping date. An alternative product may be suggested and, if necessary, you will have the option to cancel your order if the item is no longer available.
We reserve the right to limit quantities available during sales or special promotions.
Delivery Times
Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days after the order date.
We work with the best logistics companies in Canada to ensure delivery of your purchases to your home.
The standard delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery area.

Basic shipping fees include delivery of the wine cellar to your doorstep (in front of the residential address. Certain conditions apply).
This offer applies within a 60 km radius of the Cellierdepot.com headquarters.
If you select the option “white glove delivery quote”, including delivery inside the room of your choice, one of our representatives will contact you to inform you of the applicable delivery fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Out-of-Zone Deliveries
In certain cases, if the delivery address is located outside our standard delivery zone or results in significant additional shipping costs, Cellier Dépôt reserves the right to contact the customer to propose an adjustment to the delivery fees.
If the additional fees are not accepted by the customer, Cellier Dépôt may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
