A blend of chicken, pork and bacon, enhanced with spices

- Chicken breast stuffed with tender pork tenderloin, wrapped in bacon. - Seasoned with a blend of paprika and parsley for a delicious flavor.

Two Cooking Options: Barbecue or Oven

At the Barbecue:

1. Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
2. Wrap the mixture in aluminum foil or use a non-stick baking sheet.
3. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes, covering for the first 25 minutes.
4. Brush with your favorite sauce (BBQ, honey & garlic, or honey Dijon) for the last 10 minutes.

In the Oven:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In a saucepan, add 1 cm of water and chicken broth.
2. Optionally add a cap of white wine, onion, garlic and herbs.
3. Cover the pan and cook for one hour.
