Amadeo Fatto A Mano Decanter

The Amadeo was launched in 2006 to celebrate RIEDEL's 250th anniversary. Named after Austrian composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, whose 250th birthday was also celebrated the same year as RIEDEL's, this mouth-blown decanter is shaped like a lyre and serves wine divinely. Wine is simply aerated or decanted through the wider opening and poured through the narrower end.

The Fatto a Mano carafe features optically blown glass and a black-white-black ornamental line to enhance its classic lyre-shaped design. Optically blown glass originated in Venice, the birthplace of high-quality glassblowing, with few people outside of Riedel still skilled in this method.

This decanter is designed to hold a single bottle of wine.

RIEDEL bottle cleaning balls cannot be used with this item as they may become stuck and cannot be removed.

Please avoid overfilling the decanter. It is designed for specific fillings: 0.75 liters for a regular carafe, 1.5 liters for a magnum carafe, and 3 liters for a double magnum carafe.
Please keep in mind that sizes may vary due to the unique nature of these handcrafted decanters, but they always contain the specified filling amount.
