Grilling Steaks: How to Prepare Them

All you have to do is season them and grill, roast or pan-fry them.

  1. SEASON all sides of the steak or medallion.
  2. GRILL, ROAST OR PAN-FRY over medium-high heat, turning at least twice with tongs.
  3. COOK until at least medium-rare, or an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
