Recipe for Roast Turkey Stuffed with Herbs and Apples:
Ingredients :
- 1 Quebec stuffed turkey roast (size of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 apples, cut into quarters
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the turkey roast with salt and pepper, then brown it on all sides in the skillet.

Add the apple wedges, onion wedges, rosemary, and thyme around the roast.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) and the apples and onions are tender.

Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil and let stand for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
